Để đảm bảo tránh các sai phạm về việc khai sai thông tin số cân/ số kiện/ số khổi trên chứng từ so với thực tế và phát sinh các chi phí không đáng có mong Habitex thông báo đến các shipper để tiến hành thực hiện chính xác việc khai báo các thông tin trên .

Đối với trường hợp số cân/ kiện/ số khối trên chứng từ sai khác so với thực tế hàng hóa và phát sinh các chi phí, ảnh hưởng đến quá trình lấy hàng cũng như ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến tiến độ sản xuất, Bắc Giang sẽ gửi biên bản phát sinh , khi đó khách hàng phải chịu toàn bộ chi phí này .
