2.3.2.6. Tổ chức thực hiện hệ thống quản lý chất lượng
Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của Công ty đã được thiết lập với đầy đủ các tài liệu một cách có hệ thống. Song việc triển khai thực hiện theo các quy định đã được xây dựng còn nhiều hạn chế.
Các quy định về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2000 do Công ty soạn thảo mặc dù được tiến hành áp dụng trong toàn Công ty nhưng trên thực tế, tập tài liệu này chưa được phân phối đến tất cả các phòng, ban, bộ phận. Nguyên nhân là vì điều kiện bảo quản, lưu trữ tài liệu của Công ty còn hạn chế, diện tích các phòng nhỏ, hẹp, cơ sở hạ tầng còn khó khăn.
Công tác đánh giá chất lượng nội bộ thực hiện còn mang nặng tính hình thức. Đó một phần là do nhận thức chưa đầy đủ của các cán bộ đánh giá, một phần là do khối lượng công việc đánh giá khá lớn so với lực lượng nhân sự hiện có.
Hoạt động đánh giá cũng chưa sử dụng triệt để các công cụ của quản lý chất lượng như sơ đồ xương cá, biểu đồ Pareto,…mà mới chủ yếu dừng ở việc sử dụng sơ đồ lưu trình và các biên bản kiểm tra ISO.
