2. Khi đến công trình Bên B phải trang bị đầy đủ bảo hộ lao động (Giày chống đinh, nón bảo hộ, bao tay….) theo quy định của công trình và tuân thủ theo sự hướng dẫn của giám sát an toàn công trình. Nếu không trang bị đầy đủ bảo hộ lao động thì Bên A có quyền từ chối nhận hàng và việc giao hàng chậm trễ sẽ phạt vi phạm như điều (6.2)(6.3) của hợp đồng
