4.4 Kế hoạch hoạt động
Dự án sẽ được thực hiện trong 18 tháng, dự kiến khởi động vào đầu tháng 01 năm 2008 và chấm dứt vào 30 tháng 06 năm 2009.
Hầu hết các hoạt động như cập nhật kỹ thuật canh tác, công nghệ sau thu hoạch, thành lập nhóm hộ trồng hoa, nâng cao năng lực NMT về cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn kỹ thuật, quản lý doanh nghiệp và trang trại sẽ được thực hiện trong 08 tháng đầu. Công ty sẽ mua hoa xuất khẩu thường xuyên trong 8 tháng cuối . Các hoạt động giám sát đánh giá việc áp dụng kỹ thuật canh tác của nông dân cũng sẽ được thực hiện trong 12 tháng cuối của Dự án. Chi tiết kế hoạch hoạt động trình bày trong Phụ lục 3 Khung Logic của Dự án.

4.4 work plansThe project will be done in 18 months, scheduled to launch in early January 2008 and ended on 30 June 2009.Most of the activities such as cultivation technical updates, post harvest technology, established groups of households cultivate flowers, NMT capacity on offer technical consulting services, business management and farm will be made in early 08. The company will buy regular exports in the last 8 months. The activity monitoring reviews the application of cultivation technique of farmers will also be made in the 12 months to the end of the project. Detailed action plan presented in Appendix 3 of the project Logic Framework.

Project will be implemented in 18 months, is expected to launch in early 2008 and 01 months ended on 30 May 06, 2009.
Most of the activities such as farming techniques to update technology harvest, growers group formation, capacity building NMT to provide technical consulting services, management and farm business will be done in the first 08 months. The company will buy flowers regularly exports in last 8 months. The monitoring and evaluation activities the cultivation techniques applied by farmers will also be done in the last 12 months of the project.
