2. Nhân viên bảo trì Bên B đến thực hiện bảo trì phải tuân thủ theo quản lý của tòa nhà Bên A:
Phải trình bảo vệ trước khi vào tòa nhà, không được mang bất cứ phụ tùng thay thế nào vào tòa nhà (ngoại trừ dụng cụ đồ nghề).
Khi thực hiện xong công việc bảo trì, trước khi về, nhân viên bảo trì phải cho bảo bảo vệ kiểm tra túi xách.
