Đồ án này có nội dung khảo sát và phân tích thiết kế hệ thống quản lý ký túc xá của trường Đại học Bách Khoa Hà Nội. Đồ án gồm các mục chính :
 Khảo sát hệ thống quản lý hiện tại, đưa ra những bất cập và khó khăn trong công tác quản lý ký túc. Từ đó hiện thực hóa các chức năng mà hệ thống cần đạt được.
 Lựa chọn phương pháp phân tích và thiết kế hệ thống phù hợp(phương pháp phân tích và thiết kế hướng đối tượng).
 Phân tích yêu cầu chức năng,yêu cầu hệ thống cần có, từ đó cấu thành nên cơ sở dữ liệu.
 Thiết kế hệ thống dựa trên cơ sở dữ liệu vừa phân tích được.
 Đưa ra những ưu,nhược điểm cũng như những việc đã làm được và chưa làm được của hệ thống đã thiết kế.
 Hướng phát triển cho hệ thống.
