Bên A sẽ thiết kế tem nhãn riêng (có logo của Bên B) cho các sản phẩm cung cấp cho Bên B.
Trong trường hợp bên B chưa nhận được thông báo thay đổi giá mới, thì mọi đơn hàng đã gửi và đã được xác nhận, phải được bên A giao đầy đủ cho bên B theo đơn giá cũ.
