Trước khi nghỉ việc, nhân viên có trách nhiệm phải thực hiện thủ tục bàn giao toàn bộ công việc và vật dụng Công ty đã cung cấp theo Biên bản bàn giao. Trưởng phòng và/hoặc Cán bộ Quản lý trực tiếp có trách nhiệm kiểm tra nội dung Biên bản bàn giao, và có trách nhiệm nộp lại cho Phòng Hành chính Nhân sự. Phòng Hành chính Nhân sự sẽ thực hiện lưu file Biên bản bàn giao và hoàn thành toàn bộ thủ tục chấm dứt Hợp đồng lao động
