' 90s of the twentieth century, the world concerned environment. People wonder what we are doing to this planet, and they are increasingly more aware that human beings are causing adverse environmental impacts through economic activity and are transforming the basic conditions of life on earth.
the Convention of the United Nations framework on climate change was founded in 1992 as one of the important treaties that countries work together to deal with this challenge. Vietnam has joined the Convention dated 11/16/1994 and signed participation Kyoto Protocol (together with the Framework Convention on Climate Change) 1998
Climate change leads to the change temperature mode, mode water on earth. During the last century, humans have seen an average temperature increase of the Earth's surface and shift climate zones on the planet. These are two of the consequences of climate change. Climate change leads to more rain, but rainfall is not evenly distributed in space and time and make many parts of the earth flooded, while many areas in severe drought.
The most obvious indication of climate change is the average temperatures worldwide will increase 1,5-4,5oC in the next 100 years. In the past century, average sea level worldwide has risen by about 15 cm; predicted by 2030, the sea level will rise by 18 cm as well. If the trend continued greenhouse gas emissions today, the rate of sea level rise by 2100 may be up to 65 cm compared to today.
