- Thực hiện nghiệp vụ giao dịch: hòa mạng, đăng ký sim thẻ, thu cước, bán hàng, giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng
- Quản lý cửa hàng Viettel về các mặt: nhân sự, hàng hóa, tài chính, hình ảnh.
- Lập kế hoạch kinh doanh tháng, kê hoạch xúc tiến bán hàng của cửa hàng, tổng kết báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh theo tuần, tháng.
- Quản lý hàng hóa, công nợ tài chính của nhân viên, đặt hàng theo nhu cầu của KH, thị trường.
- Thực hiện làm nghiệp vụ giao dịch, chăm sóc khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ của Viettel
- Giải quyết các khiếu nại của Khách hàng liên quan đến chất lượng dịch vụ của Viettel trong thẩm quyền và chức năng
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự chỉ đạo của cấp trên
