Ngày nay việc xếp lớp cho sinh viên gặp khá nhiều khó khăn do số lượng sinh viên thay đổi qua các kì ,sinh viên học lại, học đi châm kì , sinh viên bảo lưu. Số môn học của một sinh viên cũng thay đổi, không đúng theo trình tự học. Đòi hỏi việc xếp lớp phải cẩn trọng, tránh trùng giờ học, trùng giáo viên dạy.
Dự án ra đời với mục đích cải thiện sự chính xác trong việc xếp lớp cũng như điểm danh cho sinh viên. Cải thiện thời gian , hạn chế sai lầm gặp phải khi sử dụng phương pháp thủ công. Chúng tôi hi vọng dự án sẽ đem lại sự thoải mái từ việc xếp lịch học cho sinh viên lần cán bộ phòng đào tạo của trường
