Vì việc thuê mới rất tốn kém và có nguy cơ không đáp ứng đc nhu cầu công việc, chúng tôi cảm nhận thấy được tầm quan trọng và sự cần thiết phải có công tác quản trị nhân sự trong bất cứ một doanh nghiệp nào cho nên tôi đã lựa chon đề tài: “An evaluation on Masan Group Hồ Chí Minh’s recruitment scheme efficiency in 2014” Trong thời gian thực tập tại Masan Group, trong quá trình tìm hiểu bộ về công tác quản lý nhân sự, tôi thấy công tác này được công ty thực hiện tương đối tốt. Tuy nhiên, công ty vẫn có một vài điểm hạn chế nhất định, tôi xin mạnh dạn đưa ra một số biện pháp góp phần hoàn thiện quản trị nhân sự của công ty. Đề tài của tôi gồm 3 chương:
