Tại công ty Dược Bình Đông, nó sản xuất về thuốc đông dược và thực phẩm chức năng. Tôi làm công việc kiểm soát và cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm. Tôi đã sử dụng 7 công cụ kiểm soát chất lượng, áp dụng kiến thức về lean six sigma cùng các công cụ liên quan, để xác định vấn đề, để xuất những phương án cải tiến giúp giải quyết vấn đề để giảm tỉ lệ lỗi của sản phẩm, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm. Kết qủa đạt được, giảm tỉ lệ lỗi từ 17% xuống còn 8%. Ngoài ra, tôi còn làm một số công việc như đánh giá nhà cung cấp, tìm kiếm và lựa chọn những nhà cung cấp chất lượng. Cuối cùng là cải tiến quy trình, đề xuất các phương án cải tiến giúp giảm tồn kho bán thành phẩm và nâng cao năng suất.
