ngày 16/9, chúng tôi đã gửi cho adb hồ sơ mời thầu xây lắp.Sau 2 tuần kể từ ngày gửi (30/9), chúng tôi vẫn chưa nhận được ý kiến phản hồi. Đề nghị Adb xem xét và có ý kiến phản hồi kịp thời. Nếu Adb không có ý kiến, chúng tôi xem như đã đồng ý và sẽ cho triển khai dự án. Xin cảm ơn!

16/9, we have submitted for adb construction bid. After 2 weeks of the mailing date (30/9), we have yet to receive feedback. Adb proposal review and timely feedback comments. If Adb does not have opinions, we view as agreed and will for the project. Thank you!
