Chi nhánh tỉnh theo mẫu BM.02/QL.TC để thực hiện việc ghi nợ doanh thu cước phải thu cho Chi nhánh. Thành phần ký biên bản bàn giao gồm: Trung tâm KHDN, Phòng Tài chính Công ty, Kế toán trưởng Chi nhánh và Giám Đốc Chi nhánh. Ngày 6 hàng tháng các chi nhánh scan gửi biên bản đã ký về Ban QLTC – Trung tâm KHDN
