nếu bất kì đương sự nào có thay đổi ý kiến về sự thoả thuận trên thì phải làm thành văn bản gửi cho Toàn án. Hết thời hạn này, nếu không có đương sự nào thay đổi ý kiến thì Toà án quyết định công nhận sự thoả thuận của các bên và quyết định có hiệu lực ngay sau khi ban hành, không bị kháng cáo, kháng nghị theo thủ tục phúc thẩm
