Đối với lô hàng này Công ty TNHH TM DV XNK Long Phụng Phát thay mặt công ty TNHH KAO VN để làm thủ tục nhập khẩu, lô hàng này là nguyên container
(FCL/FCL).
Khi tàu đến cảng Cát Lái /TP.HCM của Việt Nam hãng tàu sẽ Mail và Fax gửi giấy báo hàng đến cho công ty TNHH KAO VN để thông báo tàu đã đến cảng và mời Công ty TNHH KAO VN đến hãng tàu làm thủ tục nhận chứng từ để nhận hàng. Sau khi nhận được giấy báo hàng đến, công ty TNHH KAO VN thông báo Công ty TNHH TM DV XNK Long Phụng Phát bằng Mail và FAX giấy báo hàng đến đó. Nhân viên giao nhận của Công ty TNHH TM DV XNK Long Phụng Phát tiến hành kiểm tra giấy thông báo hàng đến để biết số tiền cần phải trả cho hãng tàu để nhận bộ lệnh giao hàng. Sau khi kiểm tra xong nhân viên giao nhận tiến hành ứng tiền của Công ty TNHH TM DV XNK Long Phụng Phát mang theo giấy giới thiệu của công ty TNHH KAO VN và giấy thông báo hàng đến để đến đại lý của hãng tàu DONGJIN SHIPPING CO.,LTD tại Lầu 9 lầu 10, tòa nhà TMS số 172 Hai Bà Trưng, quận 1 Tp.HCM Việt Nam để làm thủ tục lấy lệnh giao hàng.

Khi thanh toán xong các chi phí cho hãng tàu, nhân viên giao nhận ký tên trên hóa đơn, biên lai nộp tiền. Nhận được Delivery Order nhân viên sẽ kiểm tra kỹ các thông tin có trên Delivery Order như tên công ty, số hiệu tàu, số Bill, cảng bốc, số container… Nếu có sai sót thì yêu cầu nhân viên hãng tàu điều chỉnh ngay và đóng dấu Correct (xác nhận) của đại lý hãng tàu lên những chỗ đã sửa chữa của chứng từ hoặc phát hành 1 bộ Delivery Order mới sao cho thông tin trên phù hợp với những thông tin trong bộ chứng từ khai báo hải quan.
