Căn cứ vào các thư chấp thuận của Chủ đầu tư về việc duyệt vật tư thi công:
- Cáp điện 120mm2 của Công ty TNHH thiết bị điện LIOA
- Bóng đèn chiếu sáng: 150W/100W, 1000W, bóng đèn chiếu sáng dưới đáy dầm T-150W của Công ty cổ phần Slighting Việt Nam
Chúng tối đã thực hiện công tác thí nghiệm kiểm tra chất lượng nguồn vật liệu và tần suất kèm theo các chứng chỉ chất lượng của Nhà sản xuất cho các loại vật liệu trên. Do nguồn vật liệu là không đổi và đã được kiểm chứng chất lượng, mặt khác khối lượng vật liệu là rất nhỏ nên đề nghị không thí nghiệm tần suất với các loại vật liệu trên
