Đánh giá là quá trình so sánh các kết quả với các quan trắc có liên quan, nhằm tìm ra ưu nhược điểm của một thiết bị. Đánh giá là một khía cạnh của việc “đo lường” mức độ tốt, một đánh giá tốt là khi thông qua kết quả,người đánh giá đưa ra được giải pháp tối ưu đối với sản phẩm.
