b) Trường hợp sự cố có thể khắc phục ngay, báo cáo hoặc giải đáp dưới dạng lời nói: người báo cáo phải nói từng từ cho người nhận để ghi lại và người nhận phải đọc lại những thông tin này để người cung cấp xác nhận lại một cách chính xác thông tin đó;
c) Trường hợp sự cố xảy ra trong nhà máy, nhà máy phải báo cáo hoặc giải đáp. Kết luận cuộc họp có hiệu lực thi hành đối với tất cả các bên có liên quan.
