nếu tài sản cho thuê phát sinh tình huống xử lý để thu hồi nợ của ngân hàng, bên A và bên B phải có trách nhiệm giao tài sản cho ngân hàng để xử lý tài sản theo các hợp đồng thế chấp mà bên A đã ký với ngân hàng và hợp đồng thuê sẽ chấm dứt (kể cả khi hợp đồng thuê chưa hết hiệu lực)

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If rental property arises the situation processed to recover the debt of banks, party A and party B is responsible for delivery of the property for the Bank to handle the property under mortgage contracts that party A has signed with the Bank and the lease will terminate (even when the lease has not expired)

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

if the leased assets arising situations handled to recover debts of banks, Party A and Party B shall have the responsibility over the property to the bank to handle assets under mortgage contracts signed by Party A. with banks and leasing contracts will terminate (even if the lease has not expired)
