f. Đảm bảo rằng trong suốt thời hạn hiệu lực của Hợp đồng này, việc cung cấp Bản ghi hoặc một phần bất kỳ của Bản ghi theo Hợp đồng này sẽ không vi phạm quyền của bất cứ bên thứ ba nào, bao gồm nhưng không hạn chế ở quyền sở hữu trí tuệ. Trong trường hợp cần thiết Bên B có quyền yêu cầu Bên A cung cấp các giấy tờ chứng minh cho việc cung cấp các bản ghi này là hợp pháp.
g. Bên A tuyên bố đảm bảo rằng kể từ Ngày hiệu lực, bên A không nhận thấy bất kỳ việc hoặc nguy cơ khiếu nại, tranh chấp, kiện tụng hoặc tương tự liên quan đến bất kỳ Bản ghi cũng như các Đơn vị bản ghi mà Bên A cung cấp cho Bên B theo Hợp đồng này. Bên A đồng ý sẽ thông báo ngay cho Bên B nếu Bên A nhận thấy có bất cứ việc hoặc nguy cơ khiếu nại, tranh chấp, kiện tụng hoặc tương tự nào mà ảnh hưởng đến việc thực hiện đầy đủ nghĩa vụ hoặc quyền của mỗi bên nào. Bên A sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện bất cứ việc thương lượng hoặc thủ tục pháp lý nào để giải quyết khi phát sinh khiếu kiện tranh chấp với bên thứ ba.
h. Bên A sẽ bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên B và chịu trách nhiệm chi trả cho Bên B mọi chi phí, tổn thất và thiệt hại gây ra bởi sự khiếu nại của bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào về việc sử dụng Bản ghi của Bên B theo quy định tại Điều 4 Hợp đồng này.
i. Các nghĩa vụ khác qui định trong các phụ lục đính kèm hợp đồng này.

G. Party A claims to ensure that as from the Effective Date, Party A does not see any risk of a complaint or dispute, or similar proceedings concerning any records as well as records that Unit party A to party B provided under this Agreement. Party A agrees to immediately notify Party A to Party B if there is any notice or risk claims, disputes, or similar proceedings that affect the full implementation of the obligation or the right of every which side. Party A will be responsible for implementing any negotiations or other legal procedures to resolve complaints when they arise disputes with third parties.
H. Party A will pay damages to Party B and shall be responsible to pay for Party B all costs, losses and damages caused by the complaint of any third party on the use of Party B Records as stipulated in Article 4 hereof.
i. Other obligations specified in the appendix of this contract.
