Yêu cầu người nhận hàng khi đến nhận chứng từ cần xuất trình các giấy tờ sau: Giấy báo nhận hàng, Giấy giới thiệu của cơ quan( nếu là hàng của các cơ quan, tổ chức), hoặc Hộ khẩu và CMND( nếu là hàng của cá nhân), Bill gốc (đối với những lô hàng không có điện giao hàng) và đóng phí chứng từ cũng như các phí khác.
