Hiện tại chúng tôi chỉ áp dụng chương trình thuê lại căn hộ của khách hàng với lãi suất 6%/năm dựa trên giá trị ký hợp đồng ( giá trị trước thuế VAT )

Riêng đối với biệt thự, chúng tôi không áp dụng chương trình thuê lại biệt thư của khách hàng. Với quy mô chỉ 35 biệt thự, số lượng là không nhiều. Bên cạnh đó, hầu hết các khách hàng mua biệt thự Cham Oasis đa phần là những doanh nhân và các lãnh đạo của Việt Nam nên bản thân họ cũng không có nhu cầu cho chúng tôi thuê lại biệt thự của họ. Vì vậy chương trình thuê lại biệt thự chúng tôi phải tạm hoãn.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
