Hiện tại mình đang đứng tại cơ sở 2 trường Đại học Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu. Lý do mình đứng ở đây là vì đây là cơ sở dành cho khoa công nghệ thông tin và khoa kinh tế. Xin mời các bạn cùng mình tìm hiểu về khoa kinh tế mà nhóm mình đang theo học tại đây nhé.
Khoa Kinh tế được thành lập vào năm 2007, đào tạo các hệ đại học, cao đẳng và trung cấp chuyên nghiệp chính quy; hệ đại học liên thông; hệ đại học văn bằng hai; hệ đại học vừa làm vừa học với số lượng sinh viên hàng năm xấp xỉ 4,500 sinh viên đến từ khắp các tỉnh và thành phố trong phạm vi cả nước. Với phương châm: “Học thật, dạy thật, thi thật, kết quả thật và trưởng thành thật” các chương trình đào tạo của khoa luôn phù hợp với chủ trương đào tạo theo nhu cầu xã hội mà Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo đã đề ra như:
1. Quản trị doanh nghiệp
2. Kế toán – Kiểm toán
3. Quản trị Tài chính – Ngân hang
4. Quản trị Du lịch – Nhà hàng – Khách sạn
5. Quản trị Logistic & Chuỗi cung ứng
Bên cạnh tham gia các hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học (NCKH) của trường phục vụ giảng dạy và học tập; soạn chương trình và giáo trình giảng dạy các môn học, khoa cũng đồng thời tham gia các hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học của tỉnh Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu nhằm gắn kết lý thuyết với thực hành, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất - kinh doanh của các đơn vị trong và ngoài tỉnh. Một số công trình khoa học tiêu biểu đã được công bố và đánh giá cao, như:
♦ “Nghiên cứu nguồn nhân lực công nghiệp phục vụ chiến lược phát triển kinh tế - xã hội tỉnh Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu đến năm 2020” của ThS. Phạm Ngọc Khanh;
♦ “Điều tra đánh giá đội ngũ cán bộ sau đại học trên địa bàn tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu và đề xuất các giải pháp phát huy, phát triển đội ngũ sau đại học đến năm 2020” của ThS. Đỗ Thanh Phong và ThS. Phạm Quí Trung;
♦ “Môi trường ảo là giải pháp để cho nhà trường sau khi đào tạo, doanh nghiệp không phải đào tạo lại” của TSKH. Phan Văn Nhiệm;
Bên cạnh đó, khoa kinh tế luôn tổ chức các hoạt động ngoại khóa cho sinh viên trong khoa như: ngày hội sách, nhật ký sinh viên, rung chuông vàng, ngày hội việc làm, hội chợ ẩm thực, giải bóng đá nữ khoa kinh tế, hallowen party… nhằm tạo điều kiện giao lưu, gắn kết và mở rộng mối quan hệ thầy trò và học sinh với nhau.
Với những nỗ lực trong việc thực hiện chức năng, nhiệm vụ của mình, khoa Kinh tế đã đạt được một số thành tích đáng khích lệ. Tiêu biểu cho những thành tích này, có thể kể đến: Danh hiệu tập thể lao động giỏi năm học 2007 – 2008 và nhiều danh hiệu cá nhân khác
Khoa Kinh tế sẽ tiếp tục phát huy mô hình đào tạo “Học đi đôi với hành, lý thuyết gắn liền với thực tiễn, nhà trường gắn kết với doanh nghiệp”. Song song đó, Khoa luôn cố gắng kiện toàn và phát triển đội ngũ cán bộ, giảng viên đáp ứng nhu cầu đào tạo sau đại học và liên kết đào tạo quốc tế, phấn đấu trở thành nơi cung ứng nguồn nhân lực về kinh tế và quản trị có chất lượng cho xã hội, góp phần vào sự nghiệp “Công nghiệp hoá, hiện đại hoá” đất nước trong tình hình hội nhập quốc tế ngày nay.
