Ðồng thuận là một phương thức ra quyết định mà tại thời điểm thông qua quyết định đó không có một ý kiến phản đối nào được nêu ra.
Ðồng thuận khác với phương thức biểu quyết. Trong phương thức biểu quyết, các đại biểu phải thể hiện rõ lập trường của mình (bằng cách giơ tay, bỏ phiếu, ấn nút), trong đó số phiếu thuận đạt một tỷ lệ nhất định thì quyết định hợp đạt được 100% số phiếu thuận gọi là nhất trí.
