Bên cạnh đội ngũ nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, để hỗ trợ người học, Khoa còn bố trí 01 cố vấn học tập (là giảng viên)/nhóm sinh viên (20 người); mỗi lớp cử 01 GVCN để trợ giúp người học trong quá trình học tập. Ngoài ra, ĐHQGHN thiết lập các đơn vị hỗ trợ độc lập dành cho người học của tất cả các đơn vị đào tạo trong ĐHQGHN như: Trung tâm Hỗ trợ sinh viên, Trung tâm Hỗ trợ đào tạo và Phát triển đô thị đại học, Trung tâm Thông tin - Thư viện, Trung tâm Giáo dục thể chất và thể thao (H7.07.04.02).
