a - Đối với doanh nghiệp nhà nước:
- Các doanh nghiệp hạch toán độc lập và hạch toán phụ thuộc Tổng công ty và các doanh nghiệp hạch toán độc lập không nằm trong các Tổng công ty, thời hạn gửi báo cáo tài chính năm chậm nhất là 30 ngày kể từ ngày kết thúc năm tài chính;
- Đối với Tổng công ty, thời hạn gửi báo cáo tài chính năm chậm nhất là 90 ngày kể từ ngày kết thúc năm tài chính.
