- Kiểm hàng tồn: Đếm số lượng theo mã, mod tại từng bộ phận và tổng kết cho ra số tổng tồn. Phải luôn đảm bảo độ chính xác và tính trung thực trong việc kiểm hàng.
- Theo dõi tốc độ tiêu thụ của mỗi mã hàng và báo cáo chi tiết số lượng hàng cách 2 ngày/ lần.
