Hai bên cùng thỏa thuận và thống nhất ký thanh lý hợp đồng dịch vụ với các điều khoản sau:
1. Hợp đồng dịch vụ bảo vệ số 117A/DVBV/2014 và Hợp đồng số 117B/DVBV/2014 ký ngày 28/11/2014 chấm dứt hiệu lực và được thanh lý từ ngày 30/11/2015.
2. Đến ngày 30/11/2015 Bên A đã hoàn thành đầy đủ trách nhiệm, nghĩa vụ của mình theo Hợp đồng số 117A/DVBV/2014 và Hợp đồng số 117B/DVBV/2014 ký ngày 28/11/2014. Tính đến ngày 30/11/2015 Bên B còn nợ bên A số tiền là: 36.729.000 VND (Ba mươi sáu triệu bảy trăm hai mươi chín ngàn đồng) (theo biên bản đối chiếu và xác nhận công nợ số 048/bbkt-007/2015 đính kèm).
3. Bên B có trách nhiệm thanh toán toàn bộ khoản phí còn nợ Bên A là 36.729.000 VND (Ba mươi sáu triệu bảy trăm hai mươi chín ngàn đồng) vào ngày 07/12/2015.
4. Biên bản thanh lý này chỉ có giá trị hiệu lực khi Bên B thanh toán hết số tiền còn nợ nêu trên cho Bên A.
5. Sau khi Hợp đồng dịch vụ bảo vệ số 117A/DVBV/2014 và Hợp đồng số 117B/DVBV/2014 ký ngày 28/11/2014 được thanh lý. Hai bên cam kết không khiếu nại, tranh chấp đối với các công việc đã được thực hiện theo thỏa thuận đã ký kết.
6. Biên bản thanh lý hợp đồng này được lập thành hai (02) bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ một (01) bản làm cơ sở thực hiện.
