Hội đồng Quản trị:
Là cơ quan quản lý cao nhất của Công ty giữa hai kỳ Đại hội, đứng đầu là Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản
trị. HĐQT nhân danh Công ty quyết định các vấn đề liên quan đến mục đích và quyền lợi của Công
ty.
HĐQT có nhiệm kỳ tối đa là 5 năm và có thể được bầu lại tại cuộc họp ĐHĐCĐ tiếp theo. HĐQT do
ĐHĐCĐ của CTCP Xuất Nhập Khẩu Thủy Sản An Giang bầu. Hội đồng Quản trị hiện tại gồm sáu
(06) người, trong đó có một Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản trị, hai phó Chủ tịch và ba thành viên.
