người mua có nghĩa vụ cung cấp đầy đủ và đúng thời hạn các bản sao (có chứng thực) các giấy tờ theo quy định của pháp luật tại thời điểm lập thủ tục xin cấp Giấy chứng nhận và ký tên vào các giấy tờ, chứng từ liên quan để Bên Bán làm thủ tục xin cấp Giấy chứng nhận cho Bên Mua. Trong thời hạn 10 ngày, kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo của Bên Bán mà Bên Mua không nộp đầy đủ các giấy tờ theo thông báo thì coi như Bên Mua tự nguyện đi làm thủ tục cấp Giấy chứng nhận, đồng thời Bên Mua không được chuyển giao quyền và nghĩa vụ theo quy định tại Điều 10 của Hợp đồng này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
