C/Q (certificate of quality): là tên viết tắt của loại giấy chứng nhận chất lượng hàng hóa phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn của nước sản xuất hoặc các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.

Có 2 hình thức đối với việc chứng nhận chất lượng hàng hóa là:
