Attached is drafted schedule from Long, I will have some suggestions to add in as below:
Pls arrange a proper van for air-port pick-up (pls do not use taxi) since they are 6 people with languages, seven seats van may not big enough.
After airport pick-up I think in the morning they might want to have a proper breakfast, pls consider checking and inviting them.
Pls adv who will be receiving them at the HQ, we might need a high-ranking officer to make them feel important and hospitality from Hitachi.
Since they will only meet Hitachi on this Saturday morning July the 4th so Hitachi will not be taking care of them on the 5th. I would suggest Hitachi will prepare some special valuable gifts for three levels (01 x general director, 03 x directors, 02 x managers). If possible pls let me know your ideas first.
