Các khoản tiền có gốc ngoại tệ được quy đổi theo tỷ giá giao dịch bình quân trên thị trường ngoại tệ liên ngân hàng do Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam công bố tại thời điểm phát sinh giao dịch. Tại thời điểm kết thúc năm tài chính số dư các khoản tiền có gốc ngoại tệ được đánh giá lại theo tỷ giá hối đoái giao dịch bình quân trên thị trường ngoại tệ liên ngân hàng do Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam công bố tại thời điểm khoá sổ lập Báo cáo tài chính.

The original deposit of foreign currency exchange rates average transaction on the inter-bank foreign currency market by the State Bank of Vietnam announced at the time of incurring the transaction. At the end of a fiscal year, the balance of foreign exchange remittances roots re-evaluation according to the exchange rate average transaction on the interbank currency market since the State Bank of Vietnam announced at the time of the key financial reports window.

Amounts denominated in foreign currencies are translated at the average exchange rate on the foreign currency market interbank State Bank of Vietnam announced at the time of the transaction. At the end of the financial year the balance of payments denominated in foreign currencies are retranslated at the exchange rate on the average exchange foreign currency market interbank State Bank of Vietnam announced at the time of of closing the financial statements.
