5.1.1. Chiến lược kinh doanh của BIDV - Chi nhánh Quảng Bình giai đoạn 2015 -2020
Theo Nghị quyết số 1155/NQ-HĐQT ngày 22/8/2012 của Hội đồng quản trị BIDV về việc Phê duyệt chiến lược phát triển của BIDV đến năm 2020 và kế hoạch kinh doanh giai đoạn 2011-2015, tầm nhìn đến năm 2020 của BIDV là trở thành Tập đoàn tài chính Ngân hàng có chất lượng, hiệu quả, uy tín hàng đầu tại Việt Nam, là một trong 5 ngân hàng hiệu quả hàng đầu Đông Nam Á. Trong đó chú trọng đến 03 khâu đột phá chiến lược là:
- Hoàn thiện mô hình tổ chức chuyên nghiệp, hiệu quả, các quy trình nghiệp vụ, quy chế quản trị điều hành, phân cấp ủy quyền và phối hợp giữa các đơn vị hướng đến sản phẩm và khách hàng theo thông lệ quốc tế tốt nhất.
