+ 10/2003, Amazon đưa ra ứng dụng tìm kiếm nội dung trong sách “Search Inside the book”, cho phép người mua tìm kiếm bằng những cụm từ chứa trong 33 triệu trang sách của 120.000 cuốn sách thay vì tìm bằng tựa đề hoặc tên tác giả như trước đây.
