Tình hình doanh số thu nợ trung – dài hạn có sự gia tăng qua các năm cụ thể: năm 2011 doanh số là 4,814 triệu đồng, năm 2012 lf 18,839 triệu đồng tăng 14,025 triệu đồng chiếm 291.3% . Đến năm 2013, doanh số là 25,732 triệu đồng tăng 6,893 triệu đồng chiếm 36.6% so với năm 2012. Nguyên nhân là do có những khoản đã trả nợ của khách hàng làm tăng doanh số thu nợ của ngân hàng.
