- Hàng tháng, bên B phải báo cáo bên A tình hình cung cấp suất ăn trong tháng, nội dung chính như: Số lần nấu không đúng thực đơn thông báo (nêu rõ thời gian, lý do); Số lần tiếp nhận thông tin phản hồi từ bên B (nêu rõ nội dung phản hồi, thời gian và cách thức xử lý, kết quả);Hoạt động cải tiến trong tháng (nếu có); Đề xuất phối hợp khác (nếu có). Báo cáo có hình ảnh kèm theo.
Những điểm khắc phục trên phải được cải thiện và duy trì trong suốt thời gian của hợp đồng, nếu sau 06 tháng, các hạng mục yêu cầu từ bên A không được cải thiện, bên A có quyền chấm dứt hợp đồng không cần báo trước.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
