7.4 Nghiệm thu công tác khảo sát, lập dự án: Trên cơ sở báo cáo kết quả khảo sát xây dựng, hồ sơ dự án đầu tư, các bên xem xét và tiến hành nghiệm thu sản phẩm theo các lần sau:
Lần 1: Sau khi nhà thầu hoàn thành công tác khảo sát xây dựng.
Lần 2: Sau khi nhà thầu hoàn thành công tác lập hồ sơ báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường.
Lần 3: Sau khi nhà thầu hoàn thành công tác lập dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình.
Lần 4: Sau khi dự án được phê duyệt hai bên xác lập biên bản ngiệm thu hoàn thành toàn bộ nội dung công việc tư vấn.
