như anh đã biết, tôi vừa được chuyển lên từ dự án cầu Bình Khánh với vị trí CAD Opearator. Sau 1 tháng làm việc và trải nghiệm môi trường làm việc tại đây, tôi nhận thấy công việc hiện tại tại dự án không còn phù hợp với định hướng phát triển bản thân trong tương lai của tôi cũng như thời gian làm việc hàng ngày tại dự án không còn phù hợp với thời gian tôi dành cho gia đình trong tương lai.

After 1 month of work and experience the working environment here, I find the current work on the project is no longer consistent with the development orientation myself in my future as well as time to work daily at projects no longer fit the time my family in the future.
