Nếu một bên vi phạm bất cứ điều kho

Nếu một bên vi phạm bất cứ điều khoản nào trong hợp đồng này, và trong vòng
ba mươi (30) ngày sau khi nhận được thông báo bằng văn bản của phía bên kia
mà vẫn không sửa chữa sai phạm, thì bên không vi phạm có quyền lựa chọn
chấm dứt hợp đồng này bằng cách gửi thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên vi phạm

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If a party violates any provision of this agreement, and withinthirty (30) days after receipt of notice in writing of the other side that still doesn't fix it, then the party not in violation has the right to choose terminate this contract by sending written notice to the offending party

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If a party breaches any provision of this contract, and within
thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice of the other side
and still not fix the violations, the non-breaching party has the option to
terminate this agreement by giving notice in writing to the offending party
