Mục tiêu ngắn hạn của tôi là ổn định được công việc mới thật tốt, nỗ lực hoàn thành thật tốt mọi công việc được giao. Bổ sung thêm cho bản thân tôi về vốn tiếng anh. Sau đó đặt ra mục tiêu được làm quản lí và tham gia vào các dự án lớn của công ty.
