Đầu tiên tôi xin gửi tới ông một lời xin lỗi sâu sắc vì đã gây ra lỗi trên chuyến bay ngày hôm qua. Tôi cũng xin được nói với bạn là ngày hôm qua tôi đi làm với một tâm trạng không tốt bởi vì hiện tại gia đình tôi đang có nhiều việc rất buồn , con trai của tôi thì cũng đang phải ở bệnh viện vì ốm nặng . Vì vậy hôm qua khi làm việc tôi đã không có được sự tỉnh táo và cẩn thận nên đã không phát hiện ra khách là trẻ em và xếp khách vào hàng ghế thoát hiểm . Tôi rất mong có được sự thông cảm từ bạn ! mong rằng bạn sẽ cho tôi 1 cơ hội và không gửi thư sang công ty của tôi
