Như những thư đầu tháng 5/2016 tôi đã viết cho ông điều kiện xin được giấy phép xây dựng phải có :
1) Quy hoạch mặt bằng xây dựng do thành phố Hải dương cấp.
2) chứng chỉ phòng cháy chữa cháy do công an cấp.
3) chứng chỉ cam kết bảo vệ môi trường do sở tài nguyên cấp,
Nếu chúng ta không không làm hệ thống sử lý nước thải thì chúng ta không được cấp chứng chỉ cam kết bảo vệ môi trường của sở tài nguyên và như vậy chúng ta không xin được giấy phép xây dựng.
Nếu chúng ta quyết định không làm khi bị kiểm tra chúng ta sẽ phải bị phạt và mất nhiều tiền.
Tôi rất hiểu luật việt nam và đã tham khảo những công ty có kinh nghiệm nên mới đưa ra ý kiến bàn bạc với ông nhất là môi trường đang là vấn đề nhạy cảm ở Việt nam, nhưng mọi việc sẽ do ông quyết định,
