Công ty TNHH Khai Phát được thành lập theo Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp số 0900259622, cấp lần đầu ngày 26 tháng 11 năm 2004 và cấp thay đổi lần 3 ngày 06 tháng 8 năm 2015.
Công ty TNHH Khai Phát là đơn vị chuyên đầu tư hoạt động trong lĩnh vực xây dựng trường học, đào tạo, dịch vụ cho thuê kho bãi, xuất khẩu lao động, đại lý tư vấn, giới thiệu và môi giới lao động, việc làm…
Công ty đã đầu tư xây dựng Trường Cao đẳng ASEAN có diện tích 5,2 ha và hiện đang xây dựng Trường phổ thông liên cấp với diện tích 1,3 ha tại ngõ 106 +200m Hoàng Quốc Việt - Hà Nội.
Ngày 16 tháng 12 năm 2014, Trường Cao đẳng ASEAN đã được UBND tỉnh Hưng Yên ra quyết định cấp 15 ha đất tại Khu Đại học Phố Hiến để nâng cấp thành Trường Đại học ASEAN. Hiện, Công ty đang khởi công xây dựng tòa nhà văn phòng, căn hộ cho thuê 11 tầng số 8 Yết Kiêu - Hoàn Kiếm - Hà Nội.
