Với những mục tiêu nhằm tạo thuận lợi cho phát triển XNK, thu hút đầu tư nước ngoài, phát triển du lịch và giao thương quốc tế, đảm bảo quản lý, nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả công tác Hải quan Việt Nam đã luôn luôn thực hiện theo khẩu hiệu mà mình đã đặt ra:
