Thực hiện theo dõi danh sách và kết quả thu nợ toàn AMC chi tiết đến từng CBNV xử lý nợ có so sánh với chỉ tiêu đã ban hành.
Chịu trách nhiệm cung cấp các báo cáo xử lý nợ hàng ngày, hàng tháng, định kỳ và đột xuất bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn bởi các báo cáo cho NHNN, báo cáo cho Khối QTRR, báo cáo cho Ban Giám đốc Công ty
