1. Trường hợp chấm dứt hợp đồng trư

1. Trường hợp chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn: Nếu bên A đề nghị chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn thì phải thông báo trước bằng văn bản cho bên B ít nhất 75 ngày (bảy mươi lăm ngày) trước ngày khai mạc triển lãm. Các bên theo đó sẽ ký kết thỏa thuận chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn và khi đó, bên A có quyền lấy lại khoản tiền đặt cọc đã nộp cho bên B mà không phát sinh bất kỳ khoản bồi thường, phạt vi phạm liên quan đến việc chấm dứt này. Bên B sẽ trả lại khoản tiền đặt cọc cho Bên A trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày các bên ký thỏa thuận chấm dứt.

The parties which signed the agreement termination ahead of time and then, party A has the right to get back the deposit already paid for side B without incurring any compensation, violations related to the termination.
