For opening a bank account in Vietnam , what documents do i need ?Can i open a bank account in Vietnam while i am overseas ? or do i have to fly down to Vietnam ?
Finally can you help me to open a bank accont in Nga transh - in a branch of your choice ?

c] how do i manage the tax liability to vietnam government?
can i appoint your company to manage my tax liability to the government ? do i pay annually or monthy ? do i have to visit vietnam everytime i have to pay the tax ?

d] can the resort rent and manage on my behalf?

we will go with this option - + Or we rent back your flat package with 6% profit per year on total value apartments (in this case, despite your apartment rental or not, we still paid full 6% of the total value of your apartment).

e] can your company help me to get vietnam long term visa ?
